Suleman leading the prayers for the Bosnian refugees at a remote island off the town of Sibenik by the name of Obonjan Island. This Island had three officers of the American Refugee Committee and a representative of the French organization Doctors without Borders (Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) in French).
