A war damaged building in West Mostar: \n\nIn the early months of the Bosnian war, Bosnians and Croatians fought together against the Serbs. The Serbs had briefly occupied parts of Mostar and the Bosnians and Croatians had driven them out of Mostar to hills in the east overlooking the city.
